 Hi, I’m Kelsey Meier, the owner and founder of S’more Cowboys. After seven years curating weddings and events throughout Montana, I consistently saw couples searching for experiences that felt elevated, interactive, and beautifully memorable, 

the kind of moments guests enjoy in real time and share instantly.

With a background in event design and hospitality through my company, Adorn Montana, I have always gravitated toward experiences that feel intentional and designed with care. S’more Cowboys was created to bring that same level of refinement to a Western-inspired concept- pairing culinary flame, cowboy charm, and thoughtful service to create a guest experience that is as polished as it is fun.

Montana has shaped me. As a born-and-raised Montanan, I take pride in our heritage, our landscape, and our sense of authenticity. 

S’more Cowboys is my way of celebrating all of that. We are a modern interpretation of Western hospitality delivered with warmth, personality, and a spark of fire.
